• Customer service guidelines for demonstration and handover of all new WAVs

This ensures that the Caddy Goodlife and Morelife models can be accessed with ease by wheelchair users, and offer high levels of comfort, visibility and safety. The inclusive seating layout also ensures that the wheelchair user travels as part of the family – close to the other passengers for easy conversation.
