Our unique Klastar conversion is hand built and finished by a select team of our most experienced engineers; ensuring a quality of finish and craftsmanship a class above other Wheelchair Accessible Vehicles.

Wheelchair users enjoy a smooth ride, with a naturally ergonomic seating position, and fewer imperfections in the road surface transmitted to the central wheelchair location. The Mercedes V-Class Wheelchair Accessible Vehicle rides exceptionally well, Comfort Suspension ensuring a smooth and refined experience for all passengers.

Inclusive Design
The Brotherwood ‘Klastar’ V-Class conversion is designed with families in mind. The central wheelchair position enables the wheelchair user to travel inclusively, as part of the family group. Carer attendance is also made easy on the move.

Flat, Level Lowered Floor
The spacious cabin offers more headroom, with visibility out of the windows greatly increased for wheelchair users. The centre of gravity for the wheelchair user is also lowered, reducing body roll as the vehicle leans from side to side.

Powered Ramp
Convenience and luxury go hand in hand. The high traction access ramp can be deployed effortlessly by remote control, with manual override if necessary.

Twin Sunroof with Blinds
By lowering the floor of the standard Mercedes-Benz V-Class the twin panoramic sunroof with electric blinds and opening function is retained, flooding the interior with light and creating a feeling of spaciousness. Enjoy a view of every sunny day or starry night with the overhead glass.

Automated Restraints
Enhancing the comprehensive passenger safety of the V-Class, our STORQ Self-Tensioning Restraint System automatically tensions the wheelchair restraints; ensuring a safe and stable ride for the wheelchair user.

Full-Size Second Row Seats
The full-size Isofix passenger seats ensure that the whole family can travel together. With 26″ of space, the wheelchair user can travel inclusively between the second-row seats. Centre armrests can be optionally equipped for greater comfort.

A further pair of seats can be optionally equipped in the third row. The high-quality seats match the original Mercedes-Benz V-Class upholstery for a luxury feel. Choose from folding cantilever seats, extremely comfortable and large enough for adults; or our slim tailored fixed seats which allow full-time wheelchair access.

Clever touches hint at the attention to detail in the design: The interior is gently illuminated by bespoke lighting, meaning no more searching in the dark for restraint belts.

PAWRS Powered Loading
The Hook-i PAWRS is a remote-controlled, powered front restraint system, to assist loading a wheelchair and passenger. No pushing required, simply attach the restraints and press the remote control for effortless loading of combined wheelchair and passenger weights up to 250kg.

Adding to the outstanding sense of luxury the V-Class offers, the Senzati package incorporates bespoke quilted super-soft leather furniture, an amazing quilted diamond headlining with sensory colour fibre-optic lighting, a custom centre console with 4G and Wifi, Apple TV and DAB Radio, enhanced soundproofing and insulation and much more.

MBUX Multimedia System
With MBUX (Mercedes-Benz User Experience), you get an intelligent and expandable multimedia system. Its various interfaces, high-resolution touchscreen and instrument display offer numerous communication and infotainment functions.
Parking Package with 360° Camera
Active Parking Assist makes it easier for you to find a parking space, as well as to park and depark. The 3D surround view makes the entire area around the vehicle visible, also from a bird’s eye view and below the windowline.
TEMPMATIC Rear Air Conditioning
The TEMPMATIC semi-automatic air conditioning system in the rear pampers your passengers with pleasant climate comfort. Temperature, air volume and air distribution are all automatically controlled in the heating and cooling mode.
Panoramic Sliding Sunroof
The panorama sliding sunroof lets plenty of light into the vehicle interior through its large glass surface, thereby lending your vehicle a bright, friendly, feel-good atmosphere. The sliding sunroof can be electrically opened at the front.
Comfort Suspension
Provides outstanding ride comfort in virtually every driving situation. It impresses with its low road roar and tyre vibration characteristics and absorbs jolts from road surface bumps and undulations with effortless ease.
Driving Assistance Package
Experience the intelligent support of modern assistance systems in interaction. A combination of five systems assists you in adapting speed, steering and maintaining distance according to the situation.
Active Brake Assist
Helps avoid accidents or to mitigate the consequences of accidents. This includes road users who are driving ahead of you, stationary, crossing or turning, as well as oncoming traffic during overtaking manoeuvres.
Blind Spot Assist
Blind Spot Assist with Rear Cross Traffic Alert can emit visual and audible warnings to help avoid accidents when changing lane and reversing. Displays a warning with a red triangle in the corresponding exterior mirror.
Active Distance Assist DISTRONIC
The radar-based Active Distance Assist DISTRONIC automatically maintains a set distance to vehicles travelling in front, taking the strain off you on motorways or in stop-and-go traffic.
Traffic Sign Assist
Continually displays any detected speed limits, “no-entry” signs and “no-overtaking” restrictions, as well as the lifting of these restrictions, on the instrument cluster and on the media display.
Anti-Theft Protection Package
Helps you to secure the vehicle by triggering a visual and an acoustic alarm if it detects a danger of theft. Consists of anti-theft alarm system (ATA), interior protection and tow-away protection.

QLK is a floor-mounted wheelchair docking system. The wheelchair is secured by driving onto the docking station, whereby the QLK bracket mounted on the underside of the wheelchair engages into place for fast, effortless restraint.
For complete peace of mind we offer an annual Safety Assurance Programme.
A qualified service engineer will visit at a time and place that suits you, to perform a full 15-point conversion safety inspection, including restraints, ramp, safety belts and more to ensure safe operation of your conversion.

The Brotherwood ‘Klastar’ Mercedes-Benz V-Class WAV is expertly engineered to provide market-leading interior headroom, visibility, comfort and inclusion.
Our unique conversion process utilises precision engineering and unique design to install our signature flat, level lowered floor. Reducing the centre of gravity reduces the feeling of body-roll when compared to a wheelchair travelling the standard-height floor, whilst giving a clearer view out of the windows and windscreen.
Finished with our handcrafted interior the Klastar truly stands a class apart.
