Last week, we welcomed the Probus Club of Sherborne to our factory in Beer Hackett.
Members of our management team gave a guided tour of our factory, a presentation about the history of Brotherwood and a demonstration of one of our converted vehicles; the Ford Connect ‘C’arete’.
The Probus Club of Sherborne are a group of retired and semi-retired professional businesspeople, their aim is to promote social activities for like-minded individuals.
We always enjoy showing guests around our factory, to give a greater understanding of what we do at Brotherwood and what is involved in converting a vehicle into a wheelchair accessible vehicle. This is what they had to say about the visit:
“It was an absolute pleasure in meeting you all for our factory tour. Please pass on my thank you to all staff involved that made it such a memorable day and up with the best ever events we have had over many years. We finished off with an excellent Lunch at the Kings Arms.
Thank you again for a brilliant demonstration of your outstanding achievements.”
Thank you to the Probus group who kindly donated £120 to Dorset and Somerset Air Ambulance for the visit.
