Ideally, we encourage our customers to collect their vehicle from the factory but of course this is not always a practical option. We can deliver your vehicle to your home, or an address of your choosing, though this will involve an additional cost, dependant on distance. One of our special purpose, covered lorries will ensure that your vehicle arrives in showroom condition regardless of prevailing weather!
Whichever option you choose, one of our representatives, usually the member of the Sales Team with whom you initially had contact, will carry out a thorough handover procedure, during which they will go over all of the controls of the vehicle. This includes highlighting the importance of safely securing the wheelchair correctly into the vehicle. We attach a high importance to this handover brief and because of this we ask that you, or a nominated representative, sign as having received this instruction. We will also go through the paperwork and handbooks with you, discussing the manufacturer’s warranty and the servicing schedule.
We appreciate that there is a considerable amount of information that we go through during handover which might appear quite complex for a first time customer of one of our wheelchair accessible vehicles. For this reason we have put a video on our website to remind you of the important steps of accessing the vehicle and securing the wheelchair when it is in place.
